Here is her StartLogic Review:
I hate startlogic. I positively HATE THEM. I spent a week configuring software, and they work on a ticket based system that some knuckleheads out of India or the Phillipines reads, and apparently, their own tech support staff can't read english. Because two days before the "incident", the ticket said "Resolved" which means you don't touch this damn thing. Well, today, some idiot continued with the ticket, and destroyed the directory I was working on, which put me back at square one. Three days worth of work, destroyed. Anyone reading this, remember, CHEAP IS DEAR. They're cheap, and they suck. A free service would be better than them!
The price is not worth it. With tech support like this, who can't even read their own damn tickets when it says RESOLVED, I mean, do not depend on Startlogic for ANYTHING.
Don't go with startlogic. For that matter, don't budget 3.95 for a host. You're better off budgeting at least $10 bucks per month, with ssh access, and tech support that's INHOUSE IN THE USA, because they'll actually read the tickets!
