Here is his StartLogic shared hosting review:
At the beginning, they did well, not much complaint except for laggy tech support. The last 3-4 months have been hell. pop3 email just dont get sent. no bounce backs, just no delivery. all tech support says is "webmail works." ultimately there is NO reliability with use of Outlook. I now have to transfer, since they simply will not take responsibility or help.
Thier support usually takes 3-10 minutes to get to a support person. when you do, it might take another 3 minutes (and 6 spellings) for them to understand your username. After this, the only communication you can get is through their "vdeck" (ticket) system. they will never actually call you back.
Reliable for a while, but completely untrustworthy now. No explanation and no help on a solution. Tech support has always been frustrating and inconsistant.
